Maison datant du XIX siècle que nous avons rénové en 2010 où nous offrons un véritable confort et une décoration soignée.
Idéale pour le dépaysement et la quiétude la maison est située sur le hameau de Bettolacce entre bosquets de chênes verts et d'oliviers, mélangés au maquis méditerranéen allant se perdre dans la mer.
A disposition un jardin avec oliviers centenaires, un balcon avec vue sur l’ile de Capraia, une terrasse en pierres couverte avec barbecue et coin repas… vous n’avez plus qu’à choisir où vous faire bronzer et où prendre vos repas ..
La situation de la maison offre diverses vues selon les envies: vue mer, vue montagne, vue village ancien.
Vous trouverez un grand domaine sauvage et réserves naturelles protégées par le conservatoire du littoral avec de belles randonnées accessibles à tous (sentier des douaniers).Site exceptionnel de Sainte Marie et plages de sable magnifiques sur fond de maquis (Tamarone,Capandula et Cala Genovese…) dés dix minutes en voiture.
De nombreuses activités sont proposées comme la plongée, tennis, équitation, école de voile, randonnée en quad…
A proximité vous trouverez tous les commerces ainsi que la poste et un distributeur d’argent.

A l'extèrieur vous avez un parking privé(important dans notre région) le calme est assuré car la route pour accéder à la maison est quasiment privé nous sommes en principe les seuls à l'emprunter.
Vous avez un jardin fleuri avec une très jolie vue équipé de chaises longues, salon de jardin, parasol..où vous pourrez vous prélasser à l'ombre des oliviers centenaires, un balcon avec vue splendide sur la mer et l'ile de Capraia ainsi qu'une terrasse couverte (sol en pierres de Brando)avec barbecue et une grande table. Vous n'avez plus qu'à choisir où prendre vos repas et bains de soleil.
L'intèrieur est pratique et confortale. Vous dormirez dans une bonne literie, toutes les fenetres de la location sont équipés de moustiquères vous pouvez donc choisir de domir avec les fenetres ouvertes et écouter la nature ainsi que lire sans craindre les moustiques et papillons. Pour les personnes qui souffrent de la chaleur ou en cas de canicule vous avez la climatisation. La cuisine est bien équipé, vous trouverez de nombreux robots...
Possibilité équipement enfant en bas âge. Acces internet. Climatisation réversible. Tarifs dégressifs selon la durée.

“Authentic old Corsican house.”
Great old Corsican house, excellent facilities, very clean and comfortable. Charming, friendly hosts. Location good, near to nice coastal village, with choice of restaurants and shopping. Good position for some good coastal walks. Would highly recommend if you want to get away from the tourist hotspots.
