Located on the beautiful, scenic Highway 30A, guests can experience their beach vacation without the hustle and bustle of city life. 30A is a gorgeous area with dune lakes, nature trails, and luxury shopping centre's and eateries. This beautiful vacation rental in Dune Allen Beach on 30A offers a private pool, Gulf views, and luxury interiors. With sleeping accommodations for up to 13 guests, the whole family can enjoy the Gulf of Mexico at this beach house!

The first floor of this home features two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. A queen bedroom is furnished with a sitting area complete with a flat-screen TV, bar with a mini fridge, and access to the pool deck. The jack-and-jill bathroom is shared with a bunk room that is furnished with a full-over-full bunk bed, flat-screen TV and access to the pool deck. This area is perfect for families with kids and teenagers!

The main living space gives off beautiful blue hues and beachy vibes. A gray sectional sofa and two chairs provides comfortable seating for plenty around the flat-screen TV. Stunning furnishings welcome guests to a serene setting where rest and relaxation are effortless. Outside, guests can enjoy a nice cup of morning coffee on the balcony while relishing in the beautiful Gulf views! Step into the spacious kitchen and prepare a family feast! The house provides all the cooking necessities you'll need including stainless steel appliances and fixtures, a crock pot, keurig, coffee pot and more! Gather and enjoy your meal in the dining room with a dining room table and additional seating at the bar. The second floor is also home to a queen suite complete with a luxurious bed, flat-screen TV and private bathroom. This room also has access to the balcony with Gulf views.

The third floor is home to the final sleeping arrangements including two master suites. One master bedroom provides spacious accommodations with a king bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom and access to a balcony with Gulf views. The secondary master suite features a king bed, single twin bunk, flat-screen TV, private bath, and a balcony. Guests can find comfort and sophistication around every corner of this beautiful home, making it the ultimate spot to rest, relax, and rejuvenate.

Take the kids to the beach or spend your day at the private pool! Lounge seating surrounds the private pool so you can soak up the morning sun and take in the peace that surrounds you.
