The rooftop terrace offers you a beautiful view to the sea. From the terrace you have a view to the swimming pool.
800 metres from Beach, within walking distance of supermarkets, Mercadona,. 250 metres from ' boulevard.se ', big open shopping centre with Zenia 180 boutiques and 30 restaurants where every night to do something is (see web site)! , a weekly market, and lots of nice restaurants and entertainment possibility. Nearby golf courses, water park, cultural cities.
40 km from Alicante Airport and 20 km from Murcia airport. Airport transport possible by our Concierge.

“Excellent apartment in a good location”
My husband and I stayed in this apartment for a month. It was a real home from home and had everything we needed. it was very clean and well looked after.It is well located close to La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, bars, restaurants and supermarkets and not far from the beach. I would recommend this apartment to anyone

Excellent location near the shopping centre. Good restaurants and a Good nearby. I would highly recommend this apartment. Could be a bit cleaner.
