FERIEHOME COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION POLICY

1) If you decide to cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the arrival day due to closed borders, or your government has banned tourist travel to the region where the booked property is located, then you are entitled to a full refund that the agency received, deducted for the transaction cost.

2) If you decide to cancel a reservation up to 30 days before the arrival day because the region in which the booked property is located is on the red list, or you need to go to quarantine after staying in the booked holiday home, or flights to our region are canceled, then you will be issued a credit voucher for the amount that agency received, which you can use within 24 months from the issuing date, for the originally booked holiday home.

3) If for the reasons stated in Articles 1) and 2) you canceled the reservation within 29 days before the start of your holiday and the agency managed to book the same facility with another guest in that case the agency is obliged to issue a credit voucher in the amount of payment received from another guest within your term (last minute discount, etc.) which you can use within 24 months from the date of issuance of the voucher for the accommodation that was originally booked

This stunning home is well worth a visit! Time stands still here, just the right place to find your peace and enjoy an absolutely unspoiled environment hearing only birds. The house is very well equipped with unique furniture and decorations the owner has collected for years, still offering all a modern guest needs for their comfort stay, and it can accommodate 6 people in beds.

The best time to visit Tajina Kuca is in May and June when everything in the garden blooms and you can enjoy the time in nature the best.

- The ground floor is airconditioned and offers a uniquely decorated and furnished living and dining area with a table for 6 and exit to the covered terrace with a lounge corner. A fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need for your cooking skills with exit to the outdoor dining area. A Family bathroom with a shower. A Living room with two single beds (2 x 90 x 200cm), TV, free WiFi, and an antique fireplace. A Bedroom with two single beds ( 2 x 80 x x200cm) and a view of the pool and garden. A washing machine is next to the bathroom.

- On the first floor is a gallery with a sofa, DVD, TV, and air-conditioning. A family Bathroom with a shower and a bathtub with a massage. A Bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with views of the outdoor area and the pool.

- The outdoor offers a botanical garden, with more than 400 different varieties of plants. The most beautiful plants are blooming from May to June. A private illuminated and heated 32m2 pool with a massage, counter-current swimming program, heating and cooling system, a geyser. The pool size is 8m x 4m and it has three different depths 90cm-1,5m-1,7m. It is positioned in the heart of the garden, in natural stones, and next to it is a pond with fishes and turtles that you can feed if you like. At your disposal are 6 deck chairs and 2 relaxing chairs. There is a surround system so you can simply listen to your favorite CD. Absolute relaxation with total privacy.

Near the pool is the covered traditional barbecue with the dining area in a natural shade, located in the garden, and one more terrace in front of the kitchen with a dining area for 6 people.

For your youngest, we have a fully fenced playground that contents a swing, a wooden house and a trampoline, a fun zone :) Additionally, 3 mountain bikes are included in our offer so feel free to explore the neighborhood.

The parking lot for 3 cars is secured.
