Situated in a strategic area in Biandronno with view of Lake Varese, near Gavirate, 10 mins far from Lake Maggiore (Stresa and the Borromeo islands), 40 mins far from Milan, the flat, at first floor, is close to transports, bars, tipical Italian restaurants and the stunning cycling path around the lake.

There are a living room, a double bedroom, a living kitchen and a bathroom. There are beds for 2 or 3 persons. If you are more than 3 persons up to 5, we can add 2 beds.

Owner provides: towels, hairdryer, soap, bed sheets and pillows, kitchen furniture (pots, pans, toaster micowave, laudry machine.

A free parking nearby.

You can reach the flat by bus, train (Ferrovie Nord Milano in Gavirate) or car (40 mins from Malpensa). Taxi outside the airport (around € 50)

Minimum rental 3 nights.

Allowed small pet sand smoking: be considerative of the neightbours-limit the noise after 11 pm.

Biandronno is a few km from Lake Monate, Comabbio, by Major (ferry boats to the Borromeo Islands, Villa Taranto, Stresa) and the Swiss border. Both the State railways that connect easily Trenord line with Varese and Milan.

Overlooking Lake Varese, enjoys a splendid view over the Alps and is a perfect base to visit the province or quiet business trips.

The privileged position allows to reach in 30 minutes by car Milan Fair, Switzerland and the beauty of Lake Maggiore. The Milan-Malpensa Airport is only 20 minutes, Varese and Sacro Monte 15.
