Elegant and lighting contemporary villa with a private pool ( heated ) and a community pool
The house is decorated with taste to feel at home immediately. It is located 10 minutes from the sandy beaches by car (it is easy to park). It is possible to cycle by bike. An outdoor shopping center La Zenia boulevard (nice shopping alleys) is located 5 minutes walk from the villa; There always happens a few things down. The villa is located on a back street and is therefore very quiet. Very close to several golf courses (villamartin, campoamor, finca, las collinas), beaches (cabo roig, flamenca), pretty villages (orihuela, elche, cartagena). Everyone will find his happiness at any time of the year because it is possible to put on his flip-flops all the year (18/20 degree in December)! Do not hesitate :-)
La maison est décorée avec gout afin de se sentir chez soi immédiatement. Elle est située a 10 min des plages de sable fin en voiture ( il est aisé de se parquer ). Il est possible de circuler en vélo. Un centre commercial extérieur La Zenia boulevard ( jolies allées de magasins ) est situé a 5 minutes a pied de la villa ; il se passe toujours quelques choses la bas. La villa est située dans une rue en retrait et est donc très calme. Très proche des plusieurs golfs ( villamartin, campoamor, la finca, las collinas ), de plages ( cabo roig, flamenca ), de jolis villages (orihuela, elche, cartagena). Chacun y trouvera son bonheur à n'importe quelle période de l'année car il est possible d'enfiler ses tongs toute l'année ( 18/20 degré en décembre )! N'hésitez plus :-)

“Lovely house and place”
Spent 12 days at the house. Well equipped, good standard, lovely pool area. The host (Catherine) was very helpful and always responds promptly.

“Lovely!”
This is a beautiful villa, well designed, equipped and immaculate! Pretty views, and great location - 5 mins in a car to the beach and shopping centre. The area was very quite, but also felt really safe and secure with two locked gates and a sturdy front door. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out, 3 bathrooms, large living/dining area and a gorgeous roof terrace. If you want the pool heated make sure you tell them in advance. The owner is really helpful - good customer service! Perfect end to the year!

Where to start we booked this villa for 4 weeks for a family holiday the owner sent us a mobile number for the key holder a couple of days before so when we arrived at about 23:00 after being delayed for an hour we tried ringing and kept ringing and sending messages for the next couple of hours we eventually gave up and spent the night in a friend of a friends with our four young children. Got the keys about 08:00 the next morning they said they weren't informed that we were due to arrive. The villa itself was lovely pool isn't anywhere near the size it looks in the photos communial pools where always empty due to the fact the place is still a building site and expect if you're sleeping in the front room not to get any sleep as there's about three dogs that bark the whole night across the street.
