Detached house in a quiet and sunny location a few kilometres from Bormio is ideal for lovers of holidays in total freedom. One bedroom apartments ground floor independent tastefully furnished by the owners. They can accommodate from 2 to 4 people and consist of a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Guests have access to free WiFi, garage, parking and private garden.

Getting around

A pochi metri dalla casa si trova la fermata del bus che collega Bormio in circa 10 minuti. Durante la stagione invernale è attivo il servizio di skibus per le ski area di Oga Le Motte e Bormio. Per muoversi in piena libertà è consigliabile l'uso della propria auto. In circa mezz'ora si possono raggiungere sia Livigno (zona extradoganale) che Tirano da dove potrete partire per una bella gita con il Trenino Rosso del Bernina.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Nicoletta (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
