Description

Comfortable 2 br villa 1500 m from Nai Yang Beach and Sirinat National park, located in the gated community with a swimming pool and a gym. Short walk to all necessary shops, pubs, restaurants and airport.

The village is located in the safe area and not in a deep or a zigzag alley, it's very green and quiet. The large open concept living space in the villa is consists of the living room, kitchen and study, which along with the use of light colored walls and doors and lots of big windows gives the feeling of light filled home and makes it more spacious and welcoming. The illuminated island counter with the glass front cabinet and the granite counter-top beautifully and functionally separates the living room from the dining area.

The villa can easily fit up to 4 adults.

You can park your car for free in front of the villa.

The price is for the whole villa for not more than four people, no one will stay or have access to the house during your stay.

The villa is adjacent to the clubhouse and has a easy free unlimited access (24/7) to the community pool and the gym. But, since the pool is managed by the village, it is closed on some days of week for maintenance. Please note and understand the fact, that it could occur during your stay.

The dining area has the built-in full-size western style granite top kitchen set with a sink with hot water, Siemens 4 ring gas stove with oven, utensils, crockery.

The villa has two bathrooms, one of them is en-suite. All bathrooms boast VRH and Hafele’s bathroom accessories and fixtures made of high quality stainless steel, Panasonic water heaters 6000 w, rain shower, built-in sinks with granite vanity tops and quality terracotta tiles. The master bathroom has plenty of light and fresh air from extra windows.

The villa is fully-furnished (chairs, beds, dressers, tables) and includes all the appliances (40" TV, DVD-player, stereo, washing machine, kitchen utensils, books, DVDs, etc.) as well as clean, fresh towels & linen, shampoo, shower gel. All the furniture is high quality, made of natural materials (rattan, teak), Including very expensive carved furniture from the North of Thailand. No cheap, low quality stuff.

The villa has plenty of storage space. The ample built-in closet (illuminated inside) in the master bedroom adds convenience to organizing your belongings. The study provides solid floor-to-ceiling mirrors, that fits perfectly with the open plan living space.

A covered terrace in the garden is good to enjoy your outdoors. The tastefully organized lounge area with dining set, coffee-table and sofa made of natural materials and finished with coastal details and lots of tropical plants, flowers and orchids is a nice, cool and green oasis to relax in the shade. Light and ceiling fan are all provided for your comfort.
