Description

Just renewed and well furnished in a modern style, the apartment is 70 square metres plus 8 sqms balcony.

It is located on the first floor of a building served by elevator.

I t consists of:

-a large master bedroom with private and well equipped bathroom ,as large wardrobe, desk and chair

- a double room with the same large wardrobe,

-a living room with a sofa-bed for 2, kitchen corner with cooking top, electric oven and microwave, cable and sat tv,

fridge and freezer,

-a second large bathroom with shower, toilet and washer- dryver.

Facilities include also internet wi-fi, Air conditioning operated independently in each room by heat pumps, windows are double –clazed, opening even "vasistas". Therefore the whole apartment is well insulated( Energy class F) and cool in summer.

Within 100 meters you can find all kinds of shop, supermarket, restaurants, pastry shops, rent-a –car / scooter, parking area, swimming pool, Gym, SPA and a very close stop of the bus to the railway station.

In ten minutes’ walk you can beach both the port and railway station: so the apartment is the deal stay also for visitors who don’t like driving.
