Description
Nicely upgraded pool home perfect for three families.
Our home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are three master suites, two with Cal king beds and one Queen - all with private bathrooms. The ensuite bathrooms are beautifully upgraded with marble countertops, custom-paneled vanities, and travertine tile. The showers have been custom designed with travertine/marble inlays. The two children's rooms have full over full bunk beds. The children's rooms have access to a full bath in the hallway. All bedrooms have a 43' plasma tv with cable tv.
The kitchen is spacious with granite countertops, paneled cabinetry, and black appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, gas stovetop, and microwave. Right off the kitchen is a full-size washer and dryer for guests. The open-concept dining and family room provide plenty of space to entertain. The couch has a queen sleeper sofa. The glass sliding door opens to the deck and pool area. There is plenty of space to soak up the sun on our scored concrete deck surround — plenty of seating on our outdoor patio set and loungers. Natural gas bbq grill.
The game room, located in the detached garage, has a STIGA ping pong table, air hockey, and a pool table. Strollers, high chairs, pack n' play, and booster seats are available for your infants and toddlers.
The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. Home has central air and heat.
This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 2. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool fee, pool heated to 82.
All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted.
No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.
All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant.
