Perfect for three families. Beautiful 5-bedroom 3.5 bathroom home with two Cal-King master bedrooms with ensuites, one queen bedroom, and two Full over Full Bunkbeds. The home has upgraded carpet in all the bedrooms with tile and wood laminate floors throughout the common areas.
Partial open concept kitchen with custom paneled cabinetry, upgraded hardware, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The dining room seats ten comfortably, with additional seating at the kitchen granite bar. Half bath and Full-size washer and dryer located right off of the living room.
The main living room has a 55"+ TV, and All bedrooms have 42" TV. The house has 200 mg high-speed wireless internet.
The game room, located in the garage, has a Stiga ping pong table & a billiards table. In addition, there are strollers, high chairs, pack n' play, and booster seats for your infants and toddlers.
Relax from your long day in the home's tropical rock pool with waterfall & Jacuzzi (Salt Water Pool). There is ample outdoor seating with a built-in natural gas BBQ.
This house SLEEPS 13 in beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANYTIME (Includes overnight guests and visitors combined).
Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102
All major credit cards are accepted.
No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.
This home is cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant.
