Enjoy a laid-back sunny day with a cool breeze or a party night by the beach along with your friends, family or colleagues at Kadal. Kadal is a beach house set up at a picturesque location few steps away from the beach at Vadanamelli very close to the Nemmeli seawater desalination plant at the scenic east coast road.

Kadal is dedicated to those who enjoy the company of others. Be it family, friends, colleagues, the party animals, nocturnal, those who have a smile on the lips and song in the heart. To put it simply we are for groups. Privacy seekers, Honeymooners, sorry. We are just not for you.

What do we offer for groups of 10 and above? A decent stay in the air conditioned dorm on mattress on the floor or in a hammock placed in the lawn. Even better on a tent pitched in the lawn just across the sea. Our own Buddha in the Zen garden will keep company. Come with your music system. We have the connections and speaker s for you. For the movie buffs in you, bring your projectors. We have a screen as a part of the compound wall. Bon fire, outdoor food counters , manicured lawn, open shower facing the sea, indoor food/bar counter would add to the pleasure of staying.

A property manager, cook, watchman and his family, gardener all live in the site to keep the place up and running. But, this is essentially a self service place. We expect the guests to come prepared. We don't have people to run errands, move their luggage or help with anything that we have not agreed.

House rules

Kids less than 5 is free. Anyone above that is charged full. Potty trained pets are allowed. But the owner should leash or bring a pet cage. Pet should not prevent us from doing or job. We expect guests to handover the place in the same manner they checked in. Going to sea under the influence of alcohol is not allowed.
