Sunset Fishermans' is an EXCLUSIVE ALL CONDO hotel resort with 55 units, 24 of which are PRIVATELY owned.

Fishermens Resort is FULL SERVICE with SPA & Training Room, swimming pools, 2-Restaurants & 2-Bars, 24/7 front desk service & security, concierge, lobby attendant and is short walk to renowned 5th Avenue - Playa del Carmen. A Robert Von Hagge design par 72 golf course is two kilometer away in PlayaCar phase 2. Grocery marts such as Walmart, Mega Mall, Soriana, Chedraui and Sams Club are within 100 PESOS by taxi.

A variety of inclusive meal plans are OPTIONAL and available. Bus, shuttle service or taxi service to and from Cancun International airport is easily accessible.

Condo #108 is a one bedroom, GROUND FLOOR, wheel chair accessible condo that is fully self contained. Mayan stone floors, granite & marble countertops, full kitchen and tasteful decor are a few of its features. Flat screen TV's - DVD player. FREE WI-FI in the condo!! Maid service is provided weekly for guest stays after each 7-night period.

The living room & patio door have view of the Caribbean Ocean. It is 30-meters to the pool and 50-meters to a world class WHITE SAND BEACH. NO STAIRS to climb for snacks and refreshments when relaxing poolside or on the beach.

The location is very SCENIC and QUIET; the 15-minute walk to downtown or the FERRY, through the community of cobbled streets and Mayan Ruins of Playacar is WORLD CLASS and UNIQUE.

Fishermens is truly a very 'PRIVATE' beach resort; the quality of sand and surf is 'SECOND TO NONE' that we have experienced. We have not found a better resort in all our worldly travels.

I can say with HONESTY that Fishermans Resort, with its location on the Mayan Riviera, has GOT IT ALL!!..R&R, Adventure, Culture and Comraderie!!!

Fishermans' is our little slice of PARADISE that we invite you to experience & to return home with the wonderful MEMORIES as we do.
