Sliema Penthouse in the heart of Sliema next to St Julian's.

2 Bedrooms - Aircondition - 2 Private Large Terrace - Sleep 5/7 persons

Sliema Penthouse P5/830 is on the third floor with Lift.

One double bedroom with Air Condition and ceiling fan leading to open terrace. Sleep 2 persons.

2nd bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed. Sleep 3 persons.

With air-condition

With distance sea views. Fans are available.

Open plan Kitchen/dining/living room with Air condition leading to the 2nd terrace with table, chairs and surrounding with real plants.

Free to Air Satellite, Large T.V., Unlimited Wi-Fi on request.

In the living room, the sofa can be open into a double bed. Sleep 2 persons.

The kitchen is fully furnished with, microwave, oven and hob, fridge and freezer, Iron, Iron Board, pots, pans, cutlery etc

There are 2 Terraces which are private for your use with outdoor furniture, sunbeds, table and chairs.

An automatic washing machine.

Bath towels and bed linen are provided free of charge.

You need to bring your own beach towels.

The bus stop is opposite the apartment so no car is needed.

Electricity - You will have 40 units free of electricity.

When you exceed it you need to pay 35c per unit on consumption.

The Apartment is 8 minutes walk to the front promenade for shopping, open pubs and restaurants.

Its 8 min walk to a Sandy beach - Balluta Bay, Rocky beach, English Schools, Private Capua Hospital, bars, restaurants, cafes etc.

It’s 8 min walk to the Independence Garden. You can have nice long walks along the sea. You can watch the sunset. There is also swings and playing area for the children.

Then its 15 minutes walk or you can go by bus to Paceville in St' Julian’s for nightlife, to Casino, to Portomaso and to the largest Sandy beach in St George's Bay.

In Paceville, you can find Restaurants, Open Bars, cinemas, bowling, more entertaining and Night Life through all the night

Sliema Promenade:

Chill at one of the many cafes, or take a leisurely stroll along this broad seafront promenade that links the bustling shopping center of Sliema, to the cosmopolitan nightlife of St Julian's.
