Description

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is located in the heart of the pandhandle's 'Miracle Strip' on the world's whitest and most beautiful beaches. This two story townhouse is a short 3 or 4 minute walk to the beach. We have security guards and locked gates for entry only with security codes. We hope you will decide to spend a relaxing week in our townhouse located in gated community Gulf Highlands Beach Resort in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. This privately-owned, just renovated, two bedroom, one and a half bath townhouse is fully furnished including cable TV (up and down), complete kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, blender, microwave, etc.), washer, dryer, and more.

We are near all major attractions including an amusement park, shopping, bowling, movies, water park, and restaurants. It includes 11 pools (five heated in winter), putt-putt golf (putters available in townhouse), tennis, and shuffleboard. Also included is a private beach area with our own pool and clubhouse overlooking the cool white sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

There is a pool and tennis court just a short walk from the front door of our townhouse. Also, within very close proximity - Golf, Beach, Jet-skis, Parasailing, Snorkeling, Diving, Water-skiing, Sunbathing, Boating, Deep Sea Fishing, Amusement and Water Parks, Dining, Shopping, Nightlife, Sightseeing, and Dinner Cruises.

The townhome comes with a complete kitchen which includes new full-size refrigerator with ice maker, new dishwasher, blender, coffee pot, new stove, microwave, two TV's with cable and VCR, washer and dryer, two queen-size beds plus queen-size sleeper sofa. There is also a gas grill on the patio for your outdoor cooking. Our Townhouse is Smoke-Free and Pets Are Not Allowed. There is a clubhouse and pool on the beach for Gulf Highlands residents and renters. Also, included - 24 Hour Security.

You will receive information regarding the gate code and door code a week or more ahead of our visit. I live local so I will be able to help you right away with any issues you may have during your stay. You are always welcome to contact me my phone with any questions or concerns. This summer, True Soul, a local band is playing at Pineapple Willie's. They are doing a Motown Tribute and they are very good. Also, make sure you stop by Patches Bar and Grill at the end of Thomas Drive near the State Park for their awesome food! I hope you have a fabulous vacation. How do damage deposits work?

If Pam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
