For those who long for a natural, pure and serene holiday destination right on the sandy beach with crystal clear water, a rare place in the second largest island in Greece, Evia, where you can revive intense emotions in their primary contact with nature.
Ideal for families or friends up to 8 people, who want to experience the peace of mind away from the lights and noise of tourism, but lack the capabilities for a variety of attractive and alternative activities.
The property is a traditional stone house of 105 square meters with bioclimatic standards and large covered terraces on an estate of 2500 square meters full of olive trees, cypresses and oleanders in direct contact with the sand. The view is unique, but you can discover the hidden sea caves of the beach and swim from the small island in front of it.
It consists of two double bedrooms, a spacious loft with a double bed and two single beds, a large living room combined with fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and WC on the ground floor and an outdoor shower with hot water.
The home has privacy and ample parking.
Outside, for cooking enthusiasts there is a barbecue and an electric stove with a sea view.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances for preparing food as well as basic raw materials like oil, honey, wine and jam (local home made products).
On the largest olive estate there is a constructed wooden deck where you can relax with a book and a glass of wine!
There is also a satellite Internet, stereo and TV in the living room, washing machine and dishwasher and fans throughout.
Baby playpen and children’s toys for playing in the sand,
chairs and beach towels are also provided.
Villa Petra Marina provides maid service once a week. ( additional service available at extra cost)
Recycling facilities also available.
The guest house is located just 2 hours from Athens and from the International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos.It is accessible by road via Halkida bridge or by ferry. The ferryboat service at Agia Marina Attica to Nea Styra runs every hour daily in Summer. Both sea and road access are ideal.
Alexandros, architect and Athina biologist with a master’s in bioclimatic houses, designed and built this house with love and passion. Both owners are fluent in Greek English, German and Italian.
