ENGLISH : Cosy new 4star holidayhome in Ypres with view of the ramparts and close to the Lille gate and Ramparts cemetary.
Contains a fully equipped kitchen in retrostyle but with all modern comfort and spacious livingroom with seating- and diningarea, bathroom (with toilet, shower and double sink), 2 bedrooms with kingsizebeds (hotelboxspring and comfortable pillows), terrace and garden.
Free WIFI , radio, CD-player and digital TV, all rooms airconditioned.
2nd toilet on groundfloor.
Central heatingsystem. Airconditioning. Terrace and garden.
Babybed and babychair available if requested.
Close to all historical sites in the city (easy short walk), trainstation, shops, supermarket and restaurants.
Located in a quiet area. Parking available and free of charge.
We don't accept groups of young people, no parties or noisy people. This is a holidayhome for families and quiet people.

Electric bikes: 1,50 eur per bike per day for charging the battery.

Op de verdiepingen : 2 slaapkamers (beide met 2-persoons hotelboxspringbedden) en met zithoek. 1 badkamer (met dubbele lavabo, toilet en douche)
Gratis WIFI en digitale TV. Radio en CD-speler, alle kamers met airconditioning.
Babybed en babystoel beschikbaar.
Met terras en tuin.
Ligging : rustige straat nabij de Rijselpoort en parkeermogelijkheid met kaart (niet betalend).
Op wandelafstand van het station (15 minuten), Grote Markt (10 minuten), Rijselpoort (2 minuten), Menenpoort (15 minuten), winkels, restaurants, supermarkt.
We accepteren geen jongerengroepen. Feesten en luide muziek zijn niet toegestaan. Dit is een vakantiewoning voor families en rustige mensen.
Citytax van 1,50 eur p.p.p.n. ter plekke te voldoen.
Wie elektrische fietsen meebrengt betaalt ter plekke 1,50 eur per fiets per dag voor de toeslag elektriciteit.

“Homely retreat”
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and cosy. The kitchen had everything we could have needed for dining in. We would be very pleased to return.
