Description
Grand wooden chalet of 140m2, comfortable, 4 stars, on ground of 1750m². Located in THOLY, 10km from Gerardmer, its lake and its ski slopes. On the edge of the woods, on a 1750sqm of land with a mountain stream and a small waterfall. You have south side, with a terrace facing the mountain and to the north, a shelter near the barbecue. Local shops within one Km Etang 200m for fishermen. Capacity of 10 people plus possibly a baby. To welcome Baby, a cot, high chair, baby bath. No need to bring your own sheets, is provided in the rental price and the beds are made for your arrival. Water points: - Ground floor 1 bathroom with toilet and sink 1 bathroom, en suite to bedroom with toilet sink and shower - 1st floor: 1 WC with washbasin 1 bathroom with two sinks and bathtub 1 Bathroom suite with a bedroom, with sink and shower. The amount of rent does not include utilities (electricity and taxes) or options on request (cleaning end of stay, towels, additional firewood, ...)

Response from the owner C'est la seconde appréciation pour la même location. Les Wc étaient comptés dans les salles de bains. Pour contourner cette erreur, nous les avons retiré du la liste et indiqués dans le descriptif. Les lits sont de 140x190 ou de 90x190 sans pied de lit. Jusqu'à présent, personne ne s'en est plaint.
