Description

The holiday house "Da Giusy" is located in the center of the city of Matera, in Recinto Roma n. 2, in a private yard with automatic gate which also includes parking for cars of guests. The entrance is at the same level as the road plane, in full respect of the rules for the removal of architectural barriers. The apartment consists of two rooms: a living area with kitchenette and bathroom and a sleeping area with 1 double bed and a single bed with possibility 'to add another; Attached with a small storage compartment. The total area is approximately 53 square meters net. The sleeping area has a net area of ​​approximately 25.5 square meters which allows comfortable accommodation of 2 + 1 people (children welcome). The living area is illuminated by a window and the front door that has a double door, one of which is glass, just to ensure a greater input of light. The kitchenette has a sink kitchen with 4 burners and oven. The living area is furnished with a table and chairs, a cupboard and a refrigerator freestanding. The bathroom has a large shower as well as toilet, bidet and washbasin. The parts of natural air is guaranteed by the presence of a suitable window on the main front and another located opposite, in the bedroom. The functional distribution of the spaces and their configuration in addition to these features, allow comfortable use of this property as a holiday home. All implants were made "in a workmanlike manner," both as regards the characteristics of components and materials, both for what concerns the installation. The sanitary facilities, electricity and gas transportation have each of its declaration of conformity issued by the respective installers and therefore satisfy the provisions of law and regulations.
