Description
Casa Rosa is a well loved, restored farmhouse in a 2 acre rural setting with breathtaking views and a spectacular 12 x 5 m swimming pool. A large veranda room leads out to a terrace for al fresco dining. There is a large wooden gazebo with a 12-seater table. There is aircon in all the bedrooms.
Four large bedrooms: 1 Super King double with ensuite, 1 King size double, 1 twin single beds with ensuite, 1 twin single beds. 1 sofa bed in sitting room. 2 more family bathrooms.
Travel cot, highchair, baby bath and changing mat provided. Plus lots of toys.
Enjoy the tranquillity of the Italian countryside in the heart of the Verdicchio wine region with a great choice of restaurants.
Games room with table tennis, snooker table and table football. Bocce court, BBQ, Wifi
Within a 30 minute drive of the coast, 35 minutes to Ancona Airport, 2 hours to Bologna airport. 10 minutes to supermarket and restaurants.
We prefer to rent to families and the house has all equipment for babies and children.
No groups or loud music please.

“Stunning location for a great family holiday with a pool”
Casa Rosa is a beautifully restored farm house in a stunning location with enviable views out to Ostra Vetere. Surrounded by countryside (and if the timing is right, sunny sunflower fields. We have holidayed here as both a young couple and later returning with our toddler daughter. We hope to take our son soon too! The house has all you need for young children and is close by to local amenities. Nothing beats the beautiful spot on the veranda to sit outside and have your breakfast. We enjoyed days playing and relaxing in the pool and large garden and trips to the beach at Senigalia. Senigalia again, is very well served for families and foodies alike with incredible restaurants; everything from basic pizza and pasta to tasting menus and Michelin stared restaurants. There are lots of lovely local towns to explore and spend time drinking wine, enjoying great food and watching the locals or enjoying the festas. We can’t wait to return to Casa Rosa and think that everyone should visit!

“A Perfect Vacation”
This past September 10 was the beginning of a glorious five week dream vacation. We were greeted by Philippa and her husband, who happened to be in the area at the time of our arrival. They were delightful and we made new friends immediately. But now for our stay at Casa Rosa. The house is charming and comfortable, the patio and pool wonderfully inviting, and we had many marvelous dinners from the well supplied kitchen. If we had done nothing more than sit in the gardens for five weeks, our trip would have been memorable, but we spent many hours exploring the area and each trip away from the house led to new discoveries of exquisite art and/or architecture, cultural handicrafts, food, wine and of course, breathe-taking vistas. Thank you to Philippa and John for creating such a welcoming home is such a glorious setting. Our great hope is to return again and again. Marsha and Paul C. Washington, DC
