Description
This is a very charming area which is ideal for relaxing purpose. Ancient "Yatagala Raja Maha Viharaya" is just next to our place. Paddy fields spread through vast area, energetic natural sceneries can be visible all over the surrounding.
We got two storied house with 3 standard double bed rooms , 1 single bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with hot water facility , two living halls , kitchen, pantry, dining hall, open veranda and balcony, parking area , and a large garden. It's completely free from disturbing vehicle noises and emissions.
This property can be booked as separate rooms or as a reservation for entire house. Price noted above is per one guest for one night stay, Double bed rooms are in two shares basis. ( Please note that you may have to share your room only if you have accompanied with your own colleague). If any one interested in booking the entire, place please make a reservation worth for 7 guests. For your better understanding i can list the prices as follow.
Price for one guest per one night - 16$
Price for two guests per one night - 32$
Price for three guests per one night - 48 $
So that a single room for one night will cost 16 $ and a double bedroom will be 32 $. ( two shares basis)
Weekly price also have been calculated for a single guest for 7 nights stay.Same charges will be applied for every additional guest for 7 nights stay.
Enjoyable activities like glass boat rides, cycle rides, surfing and diving are available around the area.
Paradis villa is located just 1.8km away from Eramudugaha Junction Unwatuna(2 minutes drive) and 6.8 km from Galle Central Bus Station (13 minutes drive). Transporting services both public and private are available around the clock and on visitor's prior requests we can make necessary arrangements they desire.
