Terraced Villa with Wifi, Private Pool in a Great Location near the Beach !
Villa with private pool and air conditioning in all bedrooms, simply but comfortably furnished and offers the ideal accommodation for a family with small children or a group of young people who want to spend an unforgettable holiday together. The living room has a comfy sitting corner with fireplace, a spacious dining area, flat screen TV, satellite and DVD, Radio/CD with USB. Large French windows let the sunlight in creating a pleasant atmosphere and gives out directly to the terrace by the pool. Here, a table with garden chairs for 8 persons and a brick built BBQ offer the ideal setting for a grilled meal together. Around the pool (6m x 4m - depth: 1,60m - 2m) there´s sun loungers for 8 as well. On the ground floor, there´s also a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The next 2 bedrooms, 2 more bathrooms (one en-suite) and a spacious terrace overlooking the pool, are located on the first floor.

Sports & Activities
There are lots of opportunities for water sports at the many beaches in the area and boat trips can be arranged from the Marina at Cala d'Or.
The Cala d´Or Tennis Club is located at 700 m and Golf lovers will find the famous Vall d´Or Golf Club (18 holes) at only 10.5 km.
There is a fantastic twice weekly market (Weds/Sat mornings) in Santanyi and buses run from Cala Egos.
Nearby
Cala d'Or is the main resort with chic boutiques, bars and restaurants with national and international cuisine, there´s also various sandy coves with crystal clear waters to choose from. A tourist train runs through the whole resort giving you easy access to all.

“Beautiful Villa”
We have just returned from our stay at Villa Martina. It is a beautiful, spotlessly clean villa, ideally situated only a 5 minute walk to the marina and to Cala Egos. We didn't attempt to walk to Cala D'Or we either caught a taxi which was 5/6 Euros or the land train which was €2.50 each. We saw the pool being treated 3 times during our stay, could have been more, not sure as they don't disturb you, they just go around the back. The only thing making this Villa a 4* not 5* is the lack of air conditioning. The first night we arrived at 10:30PM it was stifling hot, the fans provided were completely useless, and so noisy, the kids were in tears at midnight because they were too hot to sleep. I emailed the owners the next morning to see if anything could be done to replace the fans, they did bring 1 big fan that afternoon which really helped in the kids room (why the villa isn't equipped with decent fans to begin with is beyond me) Luckily the temperature in Cala D'Or did drop for the rest of the holiday so it made sleeping a little more bearable. The villa is in a lovely peaceful location, the closest villa is across the street, there is a fabulous Irish bar opposite serving great food in the evening, and we never heard any noise from there. All in all a great stay in a very good, well equipped (apart from fans) Villa.
