Beautiful apartment near the old town of Matera, with entrance from via Casalnuovo (central area) and possibility of free parking. The apartment has been completely refurbished and is spacious and bright, and is equipped with every comfort: the kitchenette includes several kitchen utensils (crockery, coffee pots, plates, cups) the same applies regarding cleanliness (the House is equipped with washing machine, Ironing Board, laundry basket, rack, shoe rack) and toiletries (shower, hairdryer, and bed linen and towels) with a flat-screen Tv and heating. At 50 mt from the same, you can see the characteristic Rock Church of Santa Barbara to 500 m you can see the main attractions of the town. Quiet apartment located on the first floor, for those seeking a peaceful place from which to contemplate the beauty of the Murgia Materana. Finally there are nearby shops necessities, including tobacco bar and minimarket.

“Semplice ma in posizione ottimale”
Appartamento semplice ma pulitissimo a 10 minuti dai sassi, con parcheggio libero sotto casa, proprietaria gentilissima e con cucina (comprese stoviglie) nuovissima. Prezzo ottimo!!!
