Description

Amazing Location! This beach home has just undergone renovation in 2012. You won’t find a home that is more up to date on the island. With our rental you will be able to relax in paradise and have the vacation you deserve. This is an upper level 2bed 2bath home with heated pool and boat dock on an intercoastal canal. If you want the best of all worlds, this home has it. It is nestled near many restaurants, the popular Times Square Plaza and Ft. Myers Pier, but does not sacrifice the quietness and friendly neighborhood of this beach community. It’s located five lots from the Beached Whale Restaurant and steps from the Gulf beaches. Conveniently, it has easy on and off access for coming and leaving the island and plenty of space for parking. The house has been freshly painted with bright colors to set the beach vibe and make you’re home away from home in southwest Florida a paradise. The rental is equipped with a full kitchen installed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and a full list of items necessary for having a home cooked meal or family barbeque. Throughout the house, there is a dining table and bar with stools for gatherings, and a living room with pullout leather sleeper sofas; this room sits up high for a great panoramic view over the backyard, pool, and canal. Additionally, each room has a large screen TV, and there is a washer/dryer conveniently located in the guest bathroom. Wireless Internet and cable TV provided. The master bedroom is large and tranquil. Each bedroom is outfitted with a queen size bed and has private bathroom access with large walk-in showers.

Outside, one will find an upper level wrap-around porch for lounging and catching a cool breeze. In the backyard, between the house and canal, there is an in-ground heated pool for spending the afternoon soaking and relaxing or watching one’s children play. The canal, offers a wonderful water view, opportunities to fish and go boating right from the backyard. It’s deepwater, so keep a look out for dolphins and manatees in the canal, they are frequently found passing by. Our neighbors are friendly, so feel free to say hi, but if you’re in the mood for serenity and peace, there is a privacy fence, bushes and shrubs that give the yard a feeling of the perfect get away.

To sum up our home, it’s located in a happening part of the island, but on a quiet street. Google map the address and you will see for yourself. The owners have supplied the home with everything that will allow you to leave the extra packed items behind and they want you to have a wonderful time. With this rental, you get to be on a retreat while having the latest technology and modern installations, so if you want to be plugged in or simply get away from it all by just sitting and dipping your toes, it’s your choice.
