A fusion of a five- star hotel and a private house, Villa Thea defines itself as a luxury estate, inspired by great greek architects.
This 3 bedroom villa is designed in stone columns, marble floors and vibrant hues of wood. Thea can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 7 adults and children. The outstanding advantage of this villa, is the unique access to the seaside, as it is located exactly in front of the beach, which is accessed through a private entrance.
Villa Thea has been designed to be completely autonomous and private, enjoying an unique exclusivity, which includes an amazing private garden, fully equipped with outdoor furniture and sunbeds, and a spacious private beach lounge.
Each room has its own unique style. These are two double bedded rooms and one three- twin bedded room, all located on the first floor of the villa. Every room is equipped with a flatscreen t.v., dvd player, wifi, air-conditioning and a working desk.
The Master Bedroom features an en-suite working area-office with library, a spacious en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, an en-suite mini bar and fireplace, while it also features a spacious balcony with a bamboo living room and a terrific sea view.
The Queen Bedroom also features a working desk, a New en-suite bathroom, a balcony with great side sea view, while there is designated space for a Baby Cot or a Child Bed.
The Twin Room offers two or three Single Beds (upon request) and a balcony with great side sea view.
The living and dining areas are also impressively equipped. The main indoor living room is decked in luxury sofas right in front of a romantic fireplace and a large flatscreen, while the open- side living options are even more attractive. The guests get to choose either to relax under the trees on the amazing bamboo beds, drink their refreshments in one of the multiple sets of coffee tables with armchairs or to enjoy endless magic lying right in front of the sea on their private sun beads.
When it comes to meal time the guests are given the choice between two separate dining areas. An indoor, air conditioned, dining room with an eight seated glass table or the garden site dining patio, also with an eight seated glass dining table.
Other highlights of Villa Thea include: a large, modern and fully equipped kitchen, an impressive indoor atmospheric jacuzzi room, private BBQ facilities, a large private garden area and direct beach access to a private beach lounge area.
