Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
LAKEFRONT CONDO IN PRIME LOCATION!
This cozy downstairs unit is right on the shore of the lake, with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the water. Centrally located in the heart of Big Bear. Take a short walk to the Village and enjoy the local shops and restaurants. Just a short drive to the slopes, Alpine Zoo, National Forest hiking trails, and other activities Big Bear has to offer.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1000+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Cable TV, along with fast WiFi and a DVD player. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Large yard has a picnic table and swing for the family. Enjoy the spacious deck with patio furniture and a gas barbecue.
PARKING - 2 car driveway.
The lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.

The view from the living room was absolutely stunning and the location of the cabin was perfect; it was about 5 minutes away from big Bear village.

“Very cozy cottage!”
There was plenty of dishes and fridge space. The rooms were well decorated and really cute! The cottage is very spacious but intimate at the same time.
