the farm is located inland in the municipality of Pesaro Urbino, on the borders of the Montefeltro between oak trees and Woods, enjoying spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and the Apennines, away from any noise offers a relaxing stay for its guests.
The hotel has 7 apartments with a capacity of 36 beds, guests have access to a common room with wi-fi.
the apartment consists of a ground floor with kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom, first floor bedroom and bedroom with 2 single beds.

Response from the owner Cliente..... quanto meno, quando si fa una recensione bisogna dichiarare il vero, mentre le su asserzioni sono a dir poco vergognose e oltre che mendaci. La sua insoddisfazione, nei nostri confronti, nasce, ancor prima di entrare in struttura, causa una doppia prenotazione che Lei ha fatto su un noto portale che consente questa brutta abitudine. Poi per sua incapacità a cancellare, una delle due prenotazioni, si è trovato nella imbarazzante situazione di dover risolvere il problema da lei creato. PROBLEMA CHE LEI SFACCIATAMENTE VOLEVA FARE RISOLVERE ECONOMICAMENTE A ME!!!!!!!!! Proponendomi un parziale incasso (e parziale soggiorno) per poter ammortizzare il costo che l'altra struttura le addebitava per la mancata presentazione alla prenotazione. Alla mia risposta negativa, motivando che io per la sua prenotazione pagavo una commissione e non mi stava bene riscuotere di meno, lei mi ha risposto, in tono sarcastico, ahah paga la commissione (tutto ciò premesso, con 4 lunghe telefonate da parte sua che in modo concitato cercava di arrabattarsi nel risolvere il suo problema). Non mi è dato sapere quale sia stata la sua richiesta o proposta alla struttura dove non si è presentato, pertanto non voglio fare illazioni. Questo CLIENTE...... E' LA VERITÀ!!!!!! Lascio a chi legge trarre le dovute considerazioni, sul veleno che lei ha espresso nei nostri confronti. Tanto dovevo per far conoscere il vero!!!!

Response from the owner Una buona fetta dei nostri clienti porta con se il cane (o altri animali domestici), con questo noi non abbiamo l'abitudine di spiare il comportamento, NOI ci affidiamo alla buona educazione e responsabilità dei proprietari degli animali anche per rispetto degli ospiti futuri che potrebbero aver allergie ai peli animali. Tanto è vero che forniamo ceste e ciotole gratuitamente e non applichiamo supplementi per la pulizia dove hanno soggiornato animali. Sta di fatto che entrare dentro l'alloggio e trovare il cane comodamente sdraiato nel divano letto sopra il piumone senza usare un minimo di premura con una copertura adeguata mi sembra estremamente inopportuno. Nessuno si è mai lamentato per la pulizia degli alloggi e della biancheria, anzi abbiamo avuto solo elogi. Ciò si può constatare da tutte le altre recensioni.
