Description

This apartment is only a few minutes’ drive from the village of Altea La Vella where there are shops, local supermarkets and restaurants, and a couple of Kilometers from Altea maintown. Getting to the property could not be easier as Altea has its own exit from the A7 motorway. Heading from Alicante airport, take the A7 towards Valencia and exit 64.

From Valencia airport take A7 direction Alicante and exit 64. Altea, known as the cultural capital of Valencia, has always had an attraction for artists and craftspeople.The "Old Town" lies behind the seafront overlooking the water and has a number of viewpoints to take in the breathtaking views of the harbour and neirbouring towns. The seafront esplanade has a variety of restaurants, galleries and shops, as well as a pebble beach and childrens playgrounds. There are so many attractions to visit in this lovely area of the Costa Blanca. Terra Mitica, Spain's answer to Euros Disney is located in Benidorm only a 20 minute drive away. Here you will also find the Zoo at Terra Natura which also includes a new water park called Aquanatura. There is the revampted Aqualandia water park next to Mundomar where you can watch sea lion shows and get close to a dolphin. From the apartment you can drive into the mountains and visit the famous hilltop town of Guadalest with its breathtaking "Green Lake" and fortress and a multitude of shops in the Moors Bazaar. The Fonts Del Algar are equally famous for the scenic waterfalls and natural pools with jumping off points for the adventurous. The Blue Flag beaches of Benidorm, Calpe and Moraira are only 20 minutes drive away and offer a great variety of water sports, shopping and restaurants. Albir is even closer and you can join the locals in their daily walk from Altea to Albir along the front each evening

The double and twin bedrooms have air-con units, plus built-in wardrobes, with drawers and bedside units. Both the master bedroom and the single bedroom has direct access to the garden.

One bathrooms has a wash-basin and WC, with walk in shower. The other bathroom has over the bath shower. Both bathrooms have vanity units for storage and large mirrors with lights and shaving points.

Kitchen is large and modern. The oven contains the grill and the hob is glass and has halogen rings.

Dining Area The dining room leads onto the living area.The dining tables inside and outside on the patio seat 4 . The living room gives open views to the garden and pool

The apartment has a large sunny terrace with pergola for shade furniture and umbrella ideal for taking breakfast or sunbathing in private. The gardens area beautifully maintained. There is a large dining table with 4 chairs on the patio for outdoor dining.
