Designed by a world class architect and built in the early 60′s .This property is featured as one of a kind in lifestyle magazines of the era .
Having had a major renovation in 2015 with new redesigned Miele kitchens , Italian bathrooms and expensive Scandinavian furniture . At the same time all electrical systems
were upgraded with LED lighting .
The property has a well providing all the water needed for the garden and a large Boat House suitable for storage of a 6.5 meter runabout and toys .
The house has two levels .
The main entrance is on the upper level and leads to a hallway and a large salon dining area with views of the garden and sea .
On the same level there is a fully organized high tech kitchen and two guest bedrooms with ensuite WC’s .
A wooden staircase leads to the lower ground level .
The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom overlook the grass lawn and the waterfront .
A third guest bedroom and a large bathroom are also located on the ground floor .
A second kitchen on the ground floor serves a covered veranda and dining table that are on the same level with the garden and with ample sea views .

The property is situated on a 2000 sq meter plot leading to a private 35 meter beachfront . A swimming pool was installed in summer 2023 .It is only 3 kms from the village of Agioi Theodoroi where on can find restaurants, bars, pharmacies and super markets . Most of them are open 7 days .

Distance to downtown Athens is 62 kms . A bus stop is 50 meters from the house gate ; the train station is 3 kms and trains run every hour ; By car it normally takes 40 minutes .

During check in you will be meeted in person and shown around the house . A gardener is on site on a daily basis ( evening ) and a handyman is also available on as need basis . We would be more than happy to provide recommendations for restaurants ,archaelogical sites or arrange bookings for venues . We can also make arrangements for powerboat rentals and daily tours to nearby islands
