Offering a stylish and contemporary stay, this delightful one bedroom, self contained studio apartment shares just over two acres of land with the owners house.
Located along a private lane in the New Forest National Park, the apartment is centrally located for easy access to the villages of Hythe, Beaulieu, Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst- all within 12 miles.
This makes it an excellent base from which to enjoy the many outdoor attractions including cycling, walking, horse riding, water sports, golf, plus of course the exploration of the beautiful new forest.
To the outside a private seated area awaits with log burning hydro jet hot tub to relax in after a day of adventure or leisure. A number of logs are supplied for your first hot tub experience, with additional available to purchase if required.
3 night minimum stay.

“Loved it”
Lovely 3 nights away in the new forest with my partner. Hosts left you to it but were very helpful if you needed them. Clean and tidy will be visiting again in the summer. Great location

“A beautiful, relaxing location!”
Arrived to a warm welcome from Michael who let us know about places to visit and local activities. The location was bliss...a wonderful woodland retreat which offered us just what we needed! The accommodation was cosy and clean, and had everything you could want. And we had our own private outdoor space in which we spent evenings watching deer stroll into the garden! The hot tub was a highlight, especially once we got the hang of it. We also enjoyed a cycle ride through the New Forest which was right on the doorstep. Michael was a great host and to hand if we needed him...thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We'll definitely come back!
