Description

This stunning spacious (310 m2 build) 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is the perfect location for a wonderful relaxing holiday. This villa is the home of the owners for much of the year, it is rented only at peak summer time, as the owners enjoy their home the rest of the year.

The villa and the view have the WOW factor from the minute you arrive. The views from the villa are stunning, everything about the villa says quality.

On entrance to the villa you will be greeted by a spacious entrance and a beautiful ornate staircase. There are double doors leading into a spacious, stylish and comfortable lounge which is light & airy. Here you will find everything you could need from flat screen TV, with UK channels, DVD player, the all important WIFI and air conditioning. There are patio doors leading from the lounge to the covered terrace outside with the stunning view of the pool and the view beyond.

The lounge / diner are open plan taking 2 steps up from the lounge area you enter the dining area. This is again very spacious and there is a large dining table seating 8 people. Again this room has air conditioning. There are further patio doors leading to the covered naya with dining and seating areas. The lounge / diner is beautifully furnished, stylish modern and homely.

From the dining area you enter the spacious and well equipped kitchen c/w large american fridge freezer, induction hob & oven, inter-grated microwave, dishwasher and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer, along with a further “drinks fridge” in the utility area off the kitchen. There is lots of work space and it is very well equipped with glasses & crockery.

Leaving the kitchen back into the spacious entrance you will find a full bathroom on this floor with bath, shower, wc, vanity unit and bidet. This bathroom is modern and spacious and easily accessible from the outside.

Taking the beautiful staircase to the upper floor you have 4 very good size bedrooms 2 with en suites and a further family bathroom. Again there are patio doors from the spacious landing area to a spacious roof terrace with fantastic views c/w sun loungers.

The master bedroom has a large 6 foot wide (super king size bed), the room is spacious and modern with stylish furniture, ample storage space, air conditioning and ceiling fan. There are patio doors leading to the roof terrace with the stunning views. The en suite is modern, light and beautiful with bath, separate shower cubicle, vanity unit and wc.

Next door to the master bedroom is a spacious twin room with ample storage and free standing fans.

Along the landing you will find a further spacious room with king size bed, ample storage, air con and patio doors leading to a beautiful balcony over looking the back of the house complete with table and chairs. This is a perfect place to relax and read if you fancy a little “me” time, away from the pool area.

There is a family bathroom next to this room which again is spacious and modern with bath and overhead shower, wc, bidet and vanity unit.

The next bedroom is a second master bedroom with a king size bed, ample storage, air con and again patio doors leading to a beautiful balcony, again with table and chairs. This room over looks the back of the house and is private and peaceful.

The outside of this stunning villa is also spacious around 1400 m2, there are grassed areas to the sides of the villa which is perfect for the little ones to play. The villa is elevated from the road hence the great views and there is an electric gate at the bottom of the driveway, making the garden and villa perfect for families as it is secure.

The larger than average pool 10m x 5m is surrounded by terracing so plenty of space for the all important sun lounger and 8 are provided.

Under the covered terrace you will find al fresco dining for at a lovely wooden table.

There is a further seating / relaxing area also under cover both with the amazing view of the Montgo mountain, the Marriott hotel and the golf course.

The whole house is spacious and beautifully furnished as it is the home of the owners for the majority of the year. If you are looking for a spacious, well equipped villa which is a real stunning home from home with fabulous views, in a peaceful location then this villa ticks all the boxes.

The villa, pool and the garden are perfectly maintained as the owners live in the villa much of the year. The owners have very high standards so everything is carried out to a high standard, you will not be disappointed for a second.

We are a small business with our emphasis on personal service. We have many repeat clients every year, some have stayed with us for the past 14 years, which is a great recommendation. We are very hands on so any issues you just contact us and telephone numbers and emails are given before arrival. All directions are tried and tests to ensure as little stress as possible on arrival. The villas are cleaned to a high standard so you can unpack and start your holiday as soon as you arrive, as it should be. We call at the villa a few days after arrival to ensure you are happy, answer any questions or simply recommend where to go and what to see. There is always a book in the villa with details on the villa, restaurants, where to visit.
