Everything is yours within 1 mile of this home including the Ritz Carlton. Steps to a scenic walk and jogging path that takes you around the beautiful Vanderbilt/ Gulfshore Drive areas and directly to the beach. The Floridian charm of this home along with its updates, quiet fenced back yard, large yard and location make for a truly relaxing, fun and enjoyable vacation in Naples. The urban configuration provides a South exposures for the lanai, a Northern scenery for the front porch, and a Western viewing courtyard. The combination of the design provides the best of Southern Florida living.

The home unique Estate has two adjoining units, a 2 bedroom adjoining guest apartment, and a 1 bedroom mother in-law suite which has been improved into a penthouse/treehouse. The apartment and treehouse are being rented separately in case you wish to come with a large group e.g family or friends.

Feel like at home in the master bedroom, which is a secluded suite with a large private master bathroom.

For more than than 25 years, Dr. Stephen Leatherman ("Dr. Beach") has reviewed, evaluated and rated beaches and coastal areas throughout the world.  Two of his selected beaches for 2015 are within a mile from the house,  Delnor-Wiggins (ranked #9 )and Barefoot Beach (ranked #2). Historic Sites: Among the various historic sites in the Naples area is the Naples Seaboard Air Line Railway Station. This depot is located off Fifth Avenue South and was constructed in 1927. The Collier County Museum restored it as the Naples Depot Museum and features railroads, dugout canoes and a swamp buggy. You can visit the Naples Historical Society's Historic Palm Cottage, the former summer home of Naples founder Watler Haldeman.

Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park boasts one of the most pristine stretch of beach in the world. Every day, this tropical beach paradise beckons visitors to partake in vast peaceful views of the Gulf of Mexico, and experience the many shorebirds and wildlife that gather here every year. Visitors arrive to this park to sunbathe, snorkel the reef, hike, bird-watch, fish, picnic, and search for seashells on a daily basis. There are specific areas designated for anglers to drop their lines in the northern areas of the park for trophy catches. Boaters will also find the launch area into Turkey Bay easily accessible for most vessels, in order to experience the delicate natural estuaries of the Cocohatchee River, leading out to the Gulf of Mexico. Guided tours on the beach occur on a regular basis by experienced rangers and volunteers. Kayakers can enjoy paddling through estuaries and scuba divers can explore the hard bottom reef in the Gulf.Get in - Regional Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers is 25 miles/30 minutes drive or from the house. United Airlines, Air Canada, American Airlines, United Express, Spirit Airlines, Jet Blue, Frontier, Delta, Southwest, and AirTran Airways are among the airlines that fly here.

Climate - Naples has a subtropical climate, with temperate and generally dry weather from the late fall through late spring and hotter and more humid weather in the summer through early fall with typical tropical thunderstorms in the late afternoon giving way to sunsets.

The best way to get around Naples is by car. Alternately, you can bike and make use of the extensive bike lanes.

Response from the owner It is unfortunate, but I must strongly disagree with the negative statements made. It does not reflect the other reviews on the property. The unit has completely been refurbished in the last year from a new kitchen to a new bathroom. The furniture as well as the bedding are brand new and properly reflected in the pictures. The kitchen has a microwave oven and convection oven in one. The stove is high a technology induction cooktop for which you must use the cookware provided. The yards in Florida in the middle of winter are rather brownish in color. For security reasons the secure code for access is only released prior to arrival and at checkin time. It is unfortunate that you don't have any positive remarks. Particularly, since Richard the Property Manager visited you regularly to attend to your particular needs.
