Description
A renovated palace, offering the comfort and the beauty of the past. Perfect for a romantic stay or family holidays. Many quiet places to rest and share the enjoyments of “farniente”: a ping pong room, two pools (outside and inside with waves in summer), gardens with a little collection of exotic plants, table football, “petanque” in a shaded space. Terraces with a view on both seas: Adriatic and Ionic. Several 25 m2 bedrooms with double bed and mosquito net, with mosaics grounds and frescoes decorated walls.
Description: Hosts' house/room. Parking places in the neighborhood. No meals proposed, optional household. Supply of sheets / pillowcases and of bath towels. Washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Bathrooms equipped with a shower, with toilet and a washbasin.
Fully equipped kitchen with a central block for preparation and cooking, can welcome simultaneously three people. Current utensils and complete dishes for 12 people. Mobile barbecue (charcoal chargeable to the travelers). Pizza oven in cooked stones in working order.
Activities available on the spot: billiard table of training (150 € pledge). Internal pool, with stir and swimming against the current, opened in summer (4 X 4 m and 2 m depth - Ionic filtering without chlorine - access limited to accompanied children). Playroom with dart and ping pong table opened permanently. Library containing mainly French books. Two BOOSE sound systems are put at the disposal. Three lounges with playroom and a video system. A lounge dedicated to board games: lady quibbles, Go, chest. Place to relax in gardens with deckchairs. Toys and a small merry-go-round for children.
Three terraces opened on the three cardinal points : South, East and West, from which can be seen both seas: Adriatic and Ionian (unauthorized to children under 8). The first garden (pool and pétanque) receives the sun of the facing east on morning. The second is facing west, setting sun with summer lounge in the evening. Four bicycles are at the disposal of the travelers (12€ per day by bicycle).
