Away from the noise and pollution of the city yet, 10 minutes to 15 minutes walking distance from the sunset beach, lovers beach church, Supermarket, banks, ATMs, Cybercafé, Restaurant and 10 minutes to the beach. Calm, quiet and very safe place for the families and individuals. its a silent peaceful place where you can close your eyes and relax. The property is 19 km away from Goa- Dabolim airport (INDIA). The nearest railhead is Margoa railway station which is 9 km away. The nearest Bus station is Kadamba Bus Stand and it is 6 km away, nearest bus stop is at 5 minutes walking distance, it is located exactly between the Famous Colva Beach and the Majorda Beach. amenities like soap, shampoo, towels and bed linen will be provided.. we can arrange bike or car on rent if required.The building has electricity power inverter backup. Early check inn or late checkout can be allowed if available.

Getting around

the local bus stop is at about 5 min walking distance (this bus can take yo to the margao city) margao Railway station is at about less than 30 min drive Goa Dabolim Airport is at about 30 min drive once booking is done, the host will share with the guest the contact number for the local taxi drivers, bike rental and car rental person.

Interaction with guest

The Caretaker and Manager will available to help you out throughout your stay. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner can be ordered from outside and delivered to the apartments by the Caretaker but the guest will have to pay for the food they order plus Rs.100/- will be charged for the delivery and the service. Guest should inform in Advance if they need meals, for Example in the night Guest should inform the caretaker if the need the breakfast next morning.Water bottles will be provided in your apartment but please note that you will have to pay for it only if you use it.
