Description

Grand 32 is on a great part of Seven Mile Beach. Cayman is now open to vaccinated tourists and their children. We have dedicated WiFi for remote work or study in Paradise. Powdery sand, water sports and great snorkeling right out your door. Lively area near restaurants, bars & Camana Bay's shopping(including grocery) and activities. Our 2nd and 3rd floor condo has been completely renovated. Unlike other units at Island Pines Villas, our loft bedroom was enlarged and enclosed. If you stay with us you have a cozy, private upstairs bedroom with ensuite bathroom w/shower, in addition to the downstairs(2nd floor) bedroom w/sundeck. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom does have a sloped roof since it is a loft. Taller folks 5'7"+ might be more comfortable showering in the large shower downstairs. We do not charge extra for the privacy and extra bathroom our unit offers.

House rules

Island Pine Villas is a residential complex. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10PM and 8AM. No guests under 21 unless with parents. Copy of ID used for travel must be provided before arrival. All guests, including children/infants need to be disclosed. Failure to disclose all guests will result in extra charges or not being able to stay if more guests than our allowable occupancy.

We aim to be very transparent in our listing so our guests know what they are renting and will be happy during their vacation. We're sorry that you did not read the description of the 2nd loft bedroom/bathroom and, as a result, were unhappy with it. As you say, the apartment is a good value ,and most guests are happy with the privacy and convenience of the 2nd bedroom/bathroom. As far as the apartment 'needing attention': We maintain our apartment to the high standards required by the government. Walls were painted 2 years ago and woodwork touched up last fall. One of the mirrored closet doors in front of the washer/dryer does not open all the way so that it does not smash into, and break, washer/dryer doors when they are open. Being on an island, many items need to be specially ordered. We replace broken items as soon as possible. We're sorry the remaining 3 towel racks and hook in the master bathroom were not sufficient for your needs.
