Description
The bright villa is 110 sqm big, with three double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms.
The private garden is over 1.000 sqm in the nature surrounded by trees and flowers, directly in front of the tennis court/ soccer court but always quiet.
The pool is shared with the other 8 villas of the private park where the villa with the exclusive garden is within. The pool is seasonable from the middle of june to the beginning of october, it's sun heated.
The pool is open every day from 10.30 to 13.00 and from 4.30 to 8.00.
In the private garden of the house you find a Patio with deck chairs, sunbeds and shadow and in the garden : the villa has two outside dining tables, one of them with sea view.
You have your decked parking place that is included.
There is the possibility of a cot.

“Great spaces in the nature! Trees and flowers all around!”
The house is really spacious and full of light, very comfortable.The garden gives many open spaces and a open livingroom outside. The pool is great with a stunning view. We’ll come back again!

“Great”
All was great. The furniture old, and make a lot of noise, the toilette the same. At the pool a lot of rules, and we can not enjoy it. The garden was like heaven, the view the same.

Response from the owner Dear guest, thank you so much : the pool is seasonable ( open from the beginning of june to the beginning of october) and it's open from 8am to 2pm and from 5pm to 8pm. From 2pm to 5pm it's allowed to use the pool but respcting the "siesta" so without making to much noise.
