Description

A brand new block of holiday apartments located at the best part of Bugibba, St Pauls Bay. In fact, this block is located in a que de sac, just 150 m from Bugibba promenade and 250m from Bugibba ferries.

The apartment consists of a large combined sitting dining and kitchen room, a spacious bedroom with twin beds (plus space for another bed) and a sleeping area for twin beds.

The sitting-dining area has a comfortable double sofa bed with chaise lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and 4 hobs, fridge freezer, microwave, plenty of pots pans and dishes etc.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, including a washing machine.

Fast and unlimited WiFi internet and digital TV - IPTV (with several different international channels) are provided, free of charge.

Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below:

0. 5 cubic meters of water per person per week

100 KWh per apartment per week

1 gas bottle per apartment per week

These consumptions for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week.

If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumptions: €8.60 per cubic meter for Water and €0.42 per kWh of Electricity.

The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay.

I stayed in the Seashells Apartment during my work experience here in Malta. The area of Bugibba is lovely in various ways. The flat is so close to the ocean and the promenade. All necessary shops such as pharmacy, restaurants, tourist information, supermarkets, bakery are within 5 min walking. The plenty bus stops take you all over the island without trouble. The flat was newly furnished in a modern way. All important items to be find in the flat. The booking was an easy process and the landlord was very helpful. Even throughout my stay I was always able to contact the landlord in any matter and received instant service or help. This flat is definitely a great place to stay at.
