Appartamentino ristrutturato in ex casetta di pescatori sopra la pineta del mare di Barcola.

Per vivere la tranquillità della Trieste "balneare" fuori stagione, la sua vivacità in estate, le emozioni della Barcolana in ottobre!

Fronte mare e pineta a distanza di passeggiata dal castello di Miramare e dal Faro della Vittoria.

A pochi metri dalla fermata bus linea 6 e 36 (d'estate) che la collegano al centro città, d'estate anche tramite battello "Delfino Verde".

Completamente arredato, sito al piano terra, in posizione sicura e tranquilla si raggiunge salendo una scalinata dal lungomare-pineta e la ciclabile. Perfetto per una coppia, su richiesta si possono aggiungere un singolo o una culla. Base ideale per amanti di mare, pesca, windsurf, jogging e bici.

Getting around

Except in the summer, the car is not a problem. The parking spaces are numerous. In summer it becomes more challenging to find a place in the central hours of the weekends especially. Also for this reason the bus lines are reinforced with very frequent passages. The stop is located under the house. In addition to the bicycles that I provide, from 2020 the Municipality has set up an e-bike sharing service, whose station is located a few steps from home, so to reach the center by bike path becomes healthy as well as fun! ;-)
