Description

We are a Victorian house converted into 8 self contained holiday flats with off road parking in a quiet residential area situated 20 minutes walk from the sea front and 10 minutes from the town centre. There is a nearby bus service into the centre running every 10 minutes and we are under a mile from Torre and Torquay railway stations.

We accept bookings from 2/3 night stays depending on season with flexible start and finish days.

We have free off road parking and free laundry facilities. There is also a lovely garden area with lawn, patios, seating, water features, barbeque and outdoor illuminations.

Our rooms are fully self contained with shower rooms, kitchen facilities with electric hob, oven, grill, coffee machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, slow cooker, toaster, kettle and crockery/cutlery/cooking utensils. We supply electric blankets, hairdrier, fan, electric fixed and portable heaters, heated towel rails, towels and bedding. Rooms are serviced every four days.

There is a welcome pack including tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, water, juice, biscuits, toilet and kitchen rolls, washing up liquid, tissues and toiletries.

Free WIFI is available.

Flat 3 is on the ground floor. The flat is a studio flat with a king size bed and large wall mounted TV and DVD player. There is a comfy seating, dining table and chairs with a fully equipped kitchen and roomy bathroom with double shower.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Andrea (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
