Charming and Authentic Country-Finca in Oasis of Tranquillity!

This beautiful, almost 200 year old house will delight you as a family or as a group of friends. The interior of the finca is in typical Mediterranean style, with beamed ceilings and bright, white-plastered walls. With its spacious rooms, the finca, with a total of three bedrooms can accommodate up to seven persons. You enter the house through a spacious hall, from which you also have access to the beautiful, protected patio with seating for up to seven people. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a cozy rattan couch, which offers enough space for all guests. In addition to a satellite TV and a Blue Ray player you will find in the beautiful spacious living room cabinet, board games and holiday reading for all tastes. From the living room you enter the kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Two steps higher offers you, with perhaps a little worse weather, a dining table for up to seven persons and space to eat together in a relaxed atmosphere. Furthermore, the ground floor has a bedroom with double bed (1,60m) and a shower room en suite, and a small storage room. From the hall,you can reach the upper floor via a staircase. There are two bedrooms, each with double bed (1,80m). The second upper floor bedroom also has an other single bed (0,90 x 2,00m). A bathroom with a double wash basin completes the overall picture of the first floor. All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito screens on the large windows, so you can open the windows on warm nights without hesitation if you prefer. Also all other rooms have mosquito screens at the windows and there are smoke detectors fitted. From the air conditioned living room you get to a beautiful, sheltered terrace. A large dining table with comfortable chairs invites you to linger long on beautiful summer evenings. A large awning protects against too much sunlight during the day. From there you can reach the pool terrace via a few steps.

Around the pool (3,5 x 7m), you will find beautiful wooden loungers with comfortable cushions and straw parasols. An additional seating area with sun protection is also available here.

The finca is surrounded by beautiful hills, so you can enjoy absolute peace and privacy here.
