Splendida villa situata a soli 300 metri dal parco marino di Watamu e dalla famosissima Long Beach. Vicinissima al centro cittadino, circa 500 metri, dove si possono trovare supermarket, ristoranti, farmacie, banche, etc.... La struttura è composta da un edificio principale con tetto in makuti, 3 ampie camere da letto con bagno privato, cucina, bagno di servizio e ampie verande sia al piano terra che al piano primo. Piscina privata con lettini e giardino di circa 1000 metri quadrati privato. Askari per la sicurezza notturna, chef privato a disposizione per i pasti compreso nel prezzo e personale per le pulizie giornaliere.
