Unit #2. Enjoy a great affordable vacation on the world's most beautiful beaches!. This townhouse is located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood, a VERY short walk to the beach.

Very convenient 2 car parking space in front of the house!

This house is a 2 story townhouse that has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dinning area downstairs. There is also a half bathroom downstairs.

The living room has a 46' flat screen tv.

The 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom are upstairs. The main bedroom has a king size bed, TV, L-shaped closet and french doors that open to a nice balcony with GULF VIEWS perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings or a nice breeze and sunsets in the evening!!

The second bedroom has two queen beds.

At the back, the house has a storage room with a beach floats, 6 beach chairs, bocce-ball, cooler and some kids-beach-toys. There is also a charcoal grill perfect for your bbq's after a beach day. We do not provide charcoal or fluid.

Our guests can enjoy the beautiful sunsets or sunrises from their own balcony or from the beach, only a 2 minute walk.

Perfect location for fishing lovers too as we are VERY close to Lake Powell!

The Sunnyside Grill, a local place across the street, has fantastic and affordable breakfast and lunch. The Carousel Supermarket is very close and has a great wine selection. And Pier Park will all its amenities is only 2 miles away.

No smoking allowed. Pets are allowed upon request. Kids are welcome.Spring breakers over 25 are welcome.

To the beach: go to the left when you leave the house, until the end of the unpaved road, and you will see beach access 87 to your right. It is that easy!!!

How do damage deposits work?
