Description
Ploes Villas comprises of 3 fully independent villas on a lush mediterranean hillside garden with a majestic view of the Ionian Sea, Zante and Kefalonia islands and right above the sandy Levendochori beach. Amazing sunsets meet total relaxation in an atmosphere of natural serenity and peace, day and night.

Hospitality is our thing! Panos and Efi are continuously on site throughout the summer season, living in a small, independent house adjacent to the middle villa. They are always available and glad to assist you with any kind of recommendation, tips on sight-seeing or arrangement for activities in the surrounding area. And if you feel like it, they'll happily share a local delicacy with you over a glass of wine.
Each villa measures 67 m2, accommodates 4 persons and includes 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size double bed (1.60x2.00m) and one with 2 single beds (0.90x2.00m), a bathroom with shower, a spacious living room unified with a well equipped kitchen as well as front and back outdoor terraces with pergolas. Single beds can be joined seamlessly to form a king size double bed (1.80x2.00m) upon request, accommodating a two couple stay.
Each kitchen is equipped with refridgerator, compact kitchen/oven, small electric chopper, toast maker, electric juicer, filter coffee maker, electric kettle and adequate flatware, glassware and dinnerware.
Living rooms have a fireplace and a 32'' flatpane LG LED TV, with USB and HDMI connectivity.
Each bedroom and living room are equipped with their own, separate A/C unit.
Interior spaces have been kept as simple and open as possible, and decorated with discreet but playful handmade objects, complemented with a light, modern touch in furniture.
The main space (living room & kitchen) is connected to the ample front terrace where you can enjoy a panoramic sea view, mesmerizing sunsets and candle-lit dinners, while both bedrooms are adjacent to the back terrace, ideal for afternoon book reading or coffee. Front terraces are equipped with a cozy sunbed that used to travel the world on board of a cruise ship, a large handmade wooden table and 4 chairs.
Surrounding the 3 villas is a shared, common green open space, meticulously taken care of, planted with fragrant mediterranean herbs and fruit trees and covered with soft green grass, ideal for children's playground.
Access to Levendochori beach is only 2 min. on foot through a downhill path.
Services Include:
• Cleaning and change of linen every three days
• Check-in time: 15.00 | Check-out time: 12.00 noon.
Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability.
Discount provided for long stay (> 13 days) upon request.
Currently extra guests (exceeding 4) can not be accommodated (we are working on it for the future).
Only exception is 1x extra child up to 2 years old, which is free of charge and sleeps on a child's crib, provided by us upon request.
