If you are looking for a quiet getaway home in the country in proximity to beaches and golf courses of Western PEI I think we have the vacation rental for you :o)

This is a century old home that has enjoyed many updates over the years. We hope guests will find serenity in relaxing on our wrap around deck or star gazing on the upper level deck. Property is blessed with mature trees, large backyard for BBQing or for roasting smores in the bon fire pit.

Our 3 bedroom family home is available between the months of July and August with the possibility of fall dates while we reside at our nearby cottage. We work and reside in the community therefore can provide assistance as required. Main floor laundry (outdoor clothes line for those who prefer country sunned linens!) comfortable living room with flat screen TV/cable/satellite, DVD player, equipped kitchen, heat/pump air conditioning, eat at dining room or kitchen island which we call our breakfast nook with stools.

Master bedroom with queen size bed, flat screen TV hookup to downstairs cable/satellite. Second bedroom equipped with queen size bed , third bedroom equipped with 2 twin size beds!

Pet Friendly home (withing respectful conduct and care - please discuss).

Our home is located in proximity to acclaimed golf course Mill River Golf (18 hole), as well as St. Felix Golf course (9 hole). Both courses located within a 15 minute drive.

Smoking not permitted inside the home. No parties/illegal activities.

Secluded beaches within short driving distance, approximately 10 min drive to either shore sides! Proximity to amenities such as groceries, gas stations etc.

If you are traveling with young infants I would love to make packing easy for you re.baby/child items just ask and we go from there! Having travelled with children I know the value of familiarity /comfort when travelling ! Also, the house is equipped with a safety gate at the top and bottom of the stairs. Many toys are available to use as well as board games and a WII console.

During guest season we reside and work nearby therefore we are available to be of assistance as much, or as little as is needed ! We value your vacation space and treat it as so ! We do come to the home once during the week to bring out the garbage to the road (as you arecenjoying vacation we don't expect guests to do this task) we also verify our horses and refill water etc. We let you know of the time frame we are coming to accomplish those tasks and love to say hi if you are relaxing at the home during the time :0) We offer personalised greeting at your arrival, or let you settle in on your own- we discuss to see what suits you best :0)
