Description

"Suncot" accommodates up to 6 people and is located at Leadengate fields in Croyde, a small group of mostly wooden holiday homes arranged in a loop.There is a communal "village green" in the centre, an ideal place for children to play ,a small foot path leads to the beach 500 Yards away.

The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and cooker. The bath room has a bath and electric shower ,the lounge opens via French doors onto a large patio.

Suncot is equipped with TV ,Internet and free view tv Car parking is at the side of the house for 2 cars. The house has a double bedroom and 2 twin rooms ,1 bedroom is approached by the spiral stair case (Kids gate at the bottom) to a twin bedded room. The double bedroom is at the rear of the house and has a TV and wardrobes .Sorry we can only except families and couples please check with the owner for full details .All bookings are from Saturday to Saturday .Sorry we do not allow dogs.Point of entry cctv is on this property but not data is collected while occupied .

Just a perfect holiday house. Comfortable, had everything we needed and great location. Beds really comfortable and great duvets/pillows.

“Amazing accommodation for Ocean Fest!”

Had the best stay at Suncot, the location is great! It’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the pub :) It slept 6 people comfortably and would happily stay again.

“Excelkent”

Attention to detail made this a super holiday. All the basic things were there to use like dishwasher tablets, soap, cleaning materials if you need it, kitchen clothes, sponges etc etc. Clean nice place to stay. Use matrass covers, cushion covers, couch covers that is removed and washed everytine. One if the most clean holiday lets i stayed in a long time. Will def go again and again! All kichen utilities more than expected. Home from home!!!!!

We loved suncote it had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. Would definitely stay there again . Children loved the upstairs room . It is so cute .
