Description

A beautiful south facing, air conditioned ground floor apartment in the much sought after La Recoleta complex in Punta Prima.

Located just a 2 minute walk from the beach and on the beachside of the N332 this apartment has everything to offer for holiday or long term rental.

The apartment is located in a secure complex and is accessed through a locked communal gate and also a locked entry door to the apartment building. The urbanization is also patrolled by security staff.

On entering the apartment you find a hallway with the kitchen off to the right and the living room straight ahead.

The living room is large and well furnished and the patio windows lead out to a south facing balcony.

There is seating for 4 in the form of a 2 seater sofa and 2 arm chairs.

Matching TV unit and coffee table complement the look. There is a flat screen TV for use. Local TV channel are provided (Spanish only). Long term tenants are responsible for the TV subscription should they wish to have another system installed.

Towards the rear of the living room is the dining area equipped with a table and 4 chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with all of the necessary pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery. There is an oven, hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher installed in the kitchen and a kettle, toaster and microwave are also provided.

Off to the right of the living room are both bedrooms and bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside table and lamps and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom with full sized bath and shower over, vanity unit with his and her sinks and toilet.

The second bedroom has twin beds, bedside table and fitted wardrobes.

The second bathroom has a walk in shower, vanity unit and is fully tiled.

Outside the terrace area is equipped with a table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining or just for a relaxing glass of wine or two.

The apartment is beautifully appointed with quality furnishings. It has been built to a high standard with comfort in mind.

It is close to the beach and the centre of Punta Prima and a car is not necessary for holiday lets. There are plenty of local shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

All in all this is a lovely apartment for a beach side holiday.

We stayed at the same place last year just a different apartment so was really looking forward to getting there, from the information we were stent and a phone call at the airport we were met by Adam with the keys, as soon as we got inside we were not disappointed the apartment is lovely
