Description
150 years old house of the colonial period with antique furniture. Large lounge with a dining table and a kitchenette. Big porch and garden with palm trees. Quiet, cozy place just in 7 minutes walk from the Narigama beach.
Location of our house favorably differs from the coastal zone of the lack of noise. And also we have large yard with palm, fruit trees and flowers. This place is great for families with children.
The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. Beach - 7 minutes. Parking is available on the territory of our yard.
Inside the house is not hot. All rooms have access to a large common room. The living room has a dining table and a kitchenette. As well as a large free space. The furniture in the house mostly antique, together with the architecture of the house gives a special style of this place.
All rooms are equipped with fans, mosquito repellent, optionally provided with mosquito nets. Most of the rooms have windows overlooking the garden. Three rooms with private bathrooms. Towels and linens are provided. Free wi-fi throughout the house.
Our family lives on site, we are russians. We rent separate rooms in the house. This site contains the price for all 5 rooms
