Description
The Anna Maria Island Beach Shack is within walking distance to the beach but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of beach traffic and other vacationers. The home sits between the Gulf beaches and Anna Maria Sound, but is truly in the middle of everything Anna Maria Island has to offer. Free Trolley rides (every 20 minutes) allow easy travel through out the island to restaurants/bars and historic sights. The Anna Maria Island Beach Shack is within walking distance to the beach but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of beach traffic and other vacationers. The home sits between the Gulf beaches and Anna Maria Sound, but is truly in the middle of everything Anna Maria Island has to offer. Free Trolley rides (every 20 minutes) allow easy travel through out the island to restaurants/bars and historic sights. Located in the city of Bradenton Beach, which has a smaller more private beach in comparison to others nearby. We are also within walking distance to the bay which offers a baseball and basketball court, playground, and a small area to launch canoes or kayaks. The elevated property has been lovingly restored boasting a full kitchen with standard size stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There are flat-screen TVs in every room and free wireless high-speed internet access throughout the house. Property exterior is monitored by security cameras. Guest agrees to abide by all house rules on our property information page. Maximum occupancy includes children and infants. Two vehicle maximum per unit, no RVs, campers, or trailers. Pets considered, but require written approval, aggressive breads will not be considered. Pets will be charged per stay. Service animals do not require a fee, but Emotional Support animals will require this fee, if a Service animal is to be on the trip we will require to know what skill or task the service animal has been trained to perform. Guest agrees to pay all costs and expenses, as determined in the sole judgment of the Property Manager, of repair or replacement for any and all damages of whatever origin or nature which may have occurred during the term of the stay. Property exterior is monitored by security cameras.

“Excellent location and the property well presented”
Easy access and good communication with hosts, short stroll to beach with lots of beach chairs parasols etc, spacious cool comfortable interior that wants for nothing , we will visit this one again!

Such a nice place to stay ! Very clean . Everything I needed was provided. Quick walk to the beach and I could see the bay from our deck . Would love to go back sometime.
