Villino Alfredo B is a charming cottage situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps four people. From Villino Alfredo B you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside. Villino Alfredo B is 35 square meters (375 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be approximately 700 meters (770 yards) from Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, where you will find shops and the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and the closest beach at 7.5 km (roughly 4.7 miles). You will reach Villino Alfredo B from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

For a succesful stay at Villino Alfredo B we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. Villino Alfredo B is one of the holiday homes available in a small complex. The small complex is located on the side of a greenhill and it consists of  three cottages. Each cottage has its own garden. From the cottages you will have direct access, through a short path which crosses the garden, to the large shared pool and green area perfect for your kids games.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and external showers. You will share the pool area with guests staying at a nearby hotel. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

 Garden

The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are elegant and welcoming. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bunk divan bed for two guests. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a toaster. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden with a view of the garden through a French door. The room has two windows with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bathroom

The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
