NUMANA (AN) Marcelli locality at 70 mt. from the sea, rent for spring and summer nice apartment on the second and last floor with balcony equipped with a tent to have meals and with a view on a public garden with trees. Two bedrooms: double bedroom and bedroom with bunk bed with safety bars. sofa in the living room, bathroom with Box, kitchenette with large fridge / freezer and electric oven, powerful ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room Quiet but central and very well served area (shops, shuttle service to the towns of Numana and Sirolo)

Response from the owner Buongiorno, la ringraziamo per la recensione e i suggerimenti che saranno da utile spunto per miglioramenti, anche se condividiamo solo in parte. Ad esempio il bidet fu tolto a suo tempo per sostituirlo con lavatrice (richiesta da molti clienti) ma non abolito del tutto: c'è infatti una apposita doccetta con braccio estensibile accanto al water che consente comunque di fare il bidet. Infatti finora nessuno si era mai lamentato della mancanza del bidet avendo utilizzato appunto il sistema descritto. Ha ragione invece per l'odore di fogna che è stato un problema contingente di questo periodo dovuto all'intero condominio che verrà risolto a breve in modo definitivo. Sistemeremo meglio il tendone doccia o cambieremo mobili cucina e stoviglie.

“Lugar muy bonito y tranquilo”

La casa me encantò,tiene todo lo que necesitaba y ademàs se encuentra muy cerca de la playa. La cuidad es tranuquila y no hay ruido, la panadera y el supermercado estàn a 100mt del edificio. Lo recomiendo :)

How do damage deposits work?
